Noor Becomes First Indian-Origin Woman to Receive Blue Plaque in UK

UK charity English Heritage announces plans to mark Noor’s London home in Bloomsbury with a Blue Plaque. This family residence at 4 Taviton Street is the same one Noor left for France in 1943. She will be the first Indian-origin woman to be awarded the special honour.
